Quogue Generational Getaway

K.A. Murphy Interiors created a summer sanctuary for a West Coast family seeking a permanent home base in the Hamptons for gatherings with their whole family. Designed to host multiple generations, the home balances serenity and function, with standout features including a custom 12-seat cerused oak dining table, an octagonal lounge and custom sofa, and a cheerful bunkroom with built-in beds and playful tiles. From the grand foyer with its bold custom rug to the wraparound porch and statement fixtures, every detail was chosen to bring people together. The result is an elegant yet welcoming escape: an airy, light-filled haven designed for summers of connection and lasting memories.
